Open steam_emu.ini in game root with any text editor and add BlockConnection=1 on a new line after Offline=0, then save the file
The game now always forces to Ukrainian, no matter what language you had before. On Jdevelopers introduces a new antipiracy check for running game executable, if it has access to the Internet.
